Voting continues at 7 am in Phulpur seat
Voting continues at 7 am for Phulpur assembly seat of Prayagraj. There are 12 candidates in the fray for this seat. There are more than four lakh seven thousand voters. Voting will take place till 5 pm. Three ballot units, two control units and eight VVPATs were changed during the mock poll. People are upset due to non-distribution of slips. Due to slow server, it is becoming difficult to get the slip online. Voters were seen getting slips made from BLO at Pant Sansthan polling booth. Only the bags of BJP and SP are visible at the booths of Chhatnag. BSP has no luck.

In Kundarki assembly by-election, SP candidate Haji Rizwan has made serious allegations against the administration and police. He says that the police is checking people’s Aadhar cards by setting up check posts inside the village. Apart from this, voters are being harassed. Alleged that SP’s polling agent was not allowed to be deployed at booth number 275. Accusing the administration of bias, he said that the police is conducting voting on the basis of slips of BJP candidates. There was a fierce debate between the SP candidate and the police on this issue. Said that such action raises questions on the fairness of the elections. There has been no response from the administration or police in this matter yet. Considering the situation, the atmosphere in Kundarki has become heated.
